Guide to CCM Cage Cards :

Please note that this guide includes the latest version of CCM cage cards.  Below you will find a highlight of some of the updates:

• 8.304.X FORM – Breeding Cage Card – This card now has a check box to indicate if your laboratory has approval for delayed (28 day weaning) and if you want breeder chow fed.  If the breeder chow box is checked, you will no longer have to use a blue special diet card for breeder chow.
• 8.306.X FORM – Special Husbandry Card – This card combines the current blue water bottle and special diet cards as well as the orange Do Not Change card.  All special husbandry requirements should be communicated with this card (see instructions on the card).
• 8.308.X FORM – Unclaimed Cage Card – Animals found without cage cards or proper identification must be claimed within seven days.
