Drug-Free Workplace Policy

Federal law requires all institutions receiving federal grants and contracts to certify that federally-funded activities will be carried out in a drug-free environment. By law, federal agencies cannot award grant monies after March 18, 1989, without certification that appropriate drug-free workplace programs have been implemented by recipient institutions.
