Streamlining the Non-Competing Continuation Proposal Submission Process

OSR does not require sign-off on the OSR-1 form by each investigator, co-investigator and their respective department chairs/center directors and deans when there is no significant change to the proposal or any change to the original commitments. The vast majority of these non-competing applications have no changes from the initial submission. If there are significant changes to the proposal, the streamlined process does not apply, and the signatures of each investigator, co-investigator, and their respective department chairs/center directors and deans are required on the OSR-1 form.
