If you have questions regarding laboratory safety inspections, Safety Plans, Annual Reviews, or any other chemical or biological safety documentation, please contact the LSS.       The LSS conducts laboratory surveys, distributes and processes Safety Plans and other safety documentation including alarm notification forms, sign and label requests, and recombinant DNA registration forms. The LSS also can provide you with copies of the core ORS documents including the Chemical and Biological Safety in Laboratories and the Hazard Communication Program.

  • How can I schedule a lab survey?
  • Where can I find the University policies on chemical and biological safety?
