Radiation Safety Committee

The president of Northwestern University appoints the chair and members of the Radiation Safety Committee upon recommendation of the vice president for research. The committees formulates and recommends policies governing the safe use of radioactive materials and radiation sources, regulates the use of radioactive materials and radiation sources and reviews and evaluate the performance and actions of the radiation safety staff.
