Hazardous Materials Contract Shippers

Laboratories wishing to ship chemicals may use contract shippers instead of the ORS service if the package must be shipped with greater urgency than the 7 business days required by ORS. There is a premium cost associated with using contract shippers, so it is prudent that laboratories plan ahead if they wish to use the ORS chemical shipping service.

PLEASE NOTE: Radioactive materials MUST be shipped through ORS. Contract shippers may NOT be used for radioactive materials.
