ONLINE TRAINING: |
- Visit your campus Office for Research Safety to pick up a Radiation Worker Packet. You will be required to sign a log, giving your full name, Net ID, and WildCard ID number.
- ORS will send you a confirmation e-mail once you are registered.
- Go to the University Blackboard site and login with your netid and password.
- After completing the test, mail or deliver the completed Radiation Worker Registration Form (inside the packet) to:
