Proposed Internal Budget for a Sponsored Project (OSR-3) 

Revised 2/99: This form guides OSR staff in setting up an award in the University financial system according to the approved agency budget. The OSR-3 form is a worksheet that contains a list of the most often used expense object codes for sponsored projects. A computer spreadsheet is also acceptable in lieu of the standard OSR-3 form.
