Executive Order 12372
Executive Order 12372, Intergovernmental Review of Federal Programs,
is intended to foster intergovernmental partnership and to strengthen federalism
through state and local government coordination and review of proposed
federal financial assistance.
Investigators preparing proposals that indicate the project is subject
to Executive Order 12372 are encouraged to consult the State of Illinois
early in the preparation process. The State Single Point of Contact is
