* Update: OSR has received recent feedback concerning discrepancies between projected fringe rates within the NUPlans system and those rates listed here. Whereas negotiations with the federal government on a new rate agreement is in the works, OSR advises that those submitting proposal budgets to sponsors continue to use the current official rates until a newly established agreement has been finalized.
