Request a Depot "ticket" (web page link) from your OSR GCO. The GCO will send you the ticket in an email message, which you should save for future reference. The link will look something like: https://depot.northwestern.edu/xythoswfs/webui/_xy-2501480_1-t_SQMHIQTN

When you click the link, your web browser will open a page like the one shown below. Note that the Principal Investigator (here John Q. Public) is identified (see red arrow). Click the Upload button (circled in red).
